The Worcester Registry of Deeds will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2014. The office will be opened on Friday, November 28, 2014, regular hours of operation.

The Worcester Registry of Deeds will be closed on Monday,  October 13, 2014, in observance of Columbus Day.

Labor Day Holiday

The Worcester Registry of Deeds will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2014 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.

July 4th Hours

The Worcester Registry of Deeds  will be open normal business hours on Thursday, July 3, 2014 and closed on Friday, July 4, 2014.

Memorial Day Hours

The Registry of Deeds will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2014 in observance of Memorial Day, honoring those who died protecting the United States.

The Registry of Deeds  will be closed  Monday, April 21, 2014 in honor of Patriot’s Day.

2013 YEAR END STATISTICS

Revenues have remained stable from 2012 to 2013, totaling over $27 million. While the number of total documents has decreased, we have seen a 7% increase in the number of deeds recorded and a 50% decrease in the number of foreclosure deeds recorded.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

The Registry of Deeds will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2014 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
