Electronic Recording - Coming Next Week

After years of research and many months of development, the Registry of Deeds will begin live electronic recording next week. We are happy to be working with the Webster First Federal Credit Union for the initial live recordings to verify the electronic recording process. We will be opening electronic recording to a range of submitters shortly thereafter.

Electronic recording is the most significant of the Registry's many efforts to make our operation as digitized as possible. These innovations will allow the Registry to reduce costs and go green at a time when it is most pressing, while maintaining high quality service for our users.
