I just spent a day with my 74-year-old mother researching our Irish ancestors who lived on a 100-acre farm in Uxbridge at least between 1887-1917 (based on town valuation records accessible in the Uxbridge public library).
I came to this site to get historical information about the land that used to be part of the farm now at 385 Chestnut Street in Uxbridge. I'll let you know how user-friendly the searchable database is! ;-)

What is wrong with your website? I have not been able to vbiew deeds for almost a week now?
Try hitting the refresh button on your internet browser. The website had been down for a few days due to firewall issues but it is back up now.
