February 2015

• 1020 deeds recorded; an increase of 11% from February 2014 of 918
•  46 foreclosure deeds recorded; a decrease of 36% from February 2014 of 72
• 1512 mortgages recorded; an increase of 22% from February 2014 of 1236
• 8858 total documents recorded; an increase of 3% from February 2014 of 8590

•       1165 deeds recorded; an increase of 5% from March 2014 of 1110  
•       52 foreclosure deeds recorded; an increase of 13% from March 2014 of 46
