The Registry of Deeds will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2015 in observance of Memorial Day, honoring those who died protecting the United States.

The Registry of Deeds  will be closed  Monday, April 20, 2015 in honor of Patriot’s Day.

• 913 deeds recorded; a decrease of 17% from January 2014 of 1103
• 54 foreclosure deeds recorded; a decrease of 23% from January 2014 of 70
• 1452 mortgages recorded; an increase of 2% from January 2014 of 1419
• 8879 total documents recorded; a decrease of 10% from January 2014 of 9874

February 2015

• 1020 deeds recorded; an increase of 11% from February 2014 of 918
•  46 foreclosure deeds recorded; a decrease of 36% from February 2014 of 72
• 1512 mortgages recorded; an increase of 22% from February 2014 of 1236
• 8858 total documents recorded; an increase of 3% from February 2014 of 8590

      March 2015

•       1165 deeds recorded; an increase of 5% from March 2014 of 1110  
•       52 foreclosure deeds recorded; an increase of 13% from March 2014 of 46 
•           2057 mortgages recorded; an increase of 41% from March 2014 of 1456
